PERSONAL EVALUATION SHEET.

1. The times are perilous, the Last Days, as far as we can ascertain from prophecy and accompanying world events, are drawing the earth into the Tribulation period of seven years. The church could be Raptured at any time. There are many things we should be doing. What are the most important things you want to deal with as you see that Day approaching? Make a check list for your own personal benefit, be active and zealous, the Lord is at hand. Do not send the list to us.

My own would include: (a) Witness of the Gospel of Grace to any relations or friends who I have not yet shared Christ with. Make a prayer list for the unsaved people in my immediate surroundings and relationships, realising that God has given these loved ones and aquaintances into my life to care about spiritually. (b) Submit myself afresh in full surrender to the Lord, writing down every concern or worry that I might have. Leaving all to the Lord to provide and handle, repenting of the sins of fear or anxiety in any shape or form. In specific and earnest prayer, being obedient to God's commands in Phillipians 4:4-7.

2. Knowing that the Coming of the Lord may not be far away, although no one knows the day or the hour, have you an "everlasting consolation" and "good hope through grace"? (11 Thess.2:16). What do those words mean to you personally?

3. We will soon see Christ Jesus face to face, either by Rapture or passing through death, for life is very short. Did you know that Fanny Crosby, the woman who wrote the words of the hymn "Saved by Grace", was blind and lived without seeing anything at all for 95 years. The man who wrote the music of that hymn was also blind when he composed it. As you read the inspiring words of two verses of that hymn, remember that they were blind, and realise what seeing their Saviour face to face would mean to them!

"Some day the silver cord will break,
And I no more as now shall sing;
But O the joy when I shall wake
Within the place of the King!
And I shall see Him face to face,
and tell the story - Saved by Grace."
"Some day - till then I''ll watch and wait,
My lamp all trimmed and burning bright,
That when my Saviour opes the gate,
My soul to Him may take its flight.
And I shall see Him face to face,
and tell the story - Saved by Grace."

· Can you express a little of what it will mean to you?
· Perhaps you could write a short poem?
· To enter into fellowship with you and them, my poem is as follows:

"Like flowers of the grass we live,
Today still fresh, tomorrow dry and wither;
And yet my heart in sweet repose,
Knows He will draw me thither;
To be with Him forever, forever and forever.
There is no death,
no end, no perishing -
For I in Him
and He in me
is God's Eternal cherishing."

How about you? In verse or in prose.
