1 Feast
"THE PASSOVER FEAST"

Lev. 23:45 Ex.12:1-14 1 Cor.5:7

The Passover Speaks of Redemp tion By Blood from Egypt, a Type of the World,
and is a Type of Our Redemption from Sin by the Blood of the "Lamb of God",
Christ Being Our "Passover". 2 Cor. 5:7

2 Feast
"UNLEAVENED BREAD"

Lev. 23:68 Ex. 12:15-20 1 Cor. 5:8 Leaven in The Scripture is a type of evil,
and was not to be used for Holy Purposes. Ex.12:15. Paul uses it as a figure of "Malice" and
"Wickedness". (1 Cor. 5:8) and not befitting a "Holy Walk" Which should follow Redemption.

3 Feast
"FIRST FRUITS"

Lev. 23:9-14 1 Cor. 15:22-23 Jesus Rose on the "First Day" of the week.
The "Morrow after the sabbath" and thus became the "First Fruits" of the Resurrection of the Dead
(1 Cor. 15:22-23). Of which the Resurrection of the "Dead in Christ" shall be the harvest.
1 Thess. 4:14-17.

"FEAST OF WEEKS"

The "Feast of Weeks" began with the Offering of the "First Fruits" of the "Barley Harvest"
and ended with the "Ingathering" of the "Wheat Harvest" the First Day was the "Feast of First- fruits",
the last day the "Feast of Pentecost". Only the first and last day were celebrated.

4 Feast
"PENTECOST"

Lev. 23:15-22 Acts 2:1-4 The "Wave Loaves" Contained "Le- aven" because they typified the Union
of Jew and Gentile, (In Whom the "Leaven of Sin" still abides),in the Church. The 3000 Converts
of the Day of Pentecost were the "First Fruits" of the Harvest of the Church. James 1:18.

FOURTH ~ FIFTH ~ SIXTH MONTHS

The "Long Interval" between the "Feast of Pentecost" and the "Feast of Trumpets", typifies
this "Present Dispensation" in which the Holy Spirit is gathering out the "Elect of God", the Church.
The "Feast of Trumpets" summoning Israel back to their own land refers to the time when God will
resume his relations with Israel.

5 Feast
OF "TRUMPETS"

Lev. 23:23-25 Matt. 24:29-31 Ez. 37:1-14 Israel is to be gathered back to their own land.
Jer. 16:14-15, 30:10-11, Isa. 11:11. Amos 9:14-15. We are told in Matt.24:29-31 that they are
to be summoned by "Angelic Trumpeters" It will be to observe the "Feast of Trumpets" at Jerusalem.

6 Feast
"DAY OF ATONEMENT"

Lev. 23:26-32 Zech. 13:1 Historically the "Fountain"of Zech. 13:1 was opened at Calvary,
but re jected by Israel. After they are regathered they shall look upon Him Whom they pierced
(Zech.12:10) and accept the Atonement Na- tionally.

7 Feast
OF "TABERNACLES"

Lev. 23:33-43 Amos 9:13-15, Zech.14:16-21 What the "7th Day" or Sabbath is to the week, a day of rest,
so the "7th month" to the other 6 months of the "Cycle" typifies a period of rest - the "Sabbatic Rest"
of the "Millennial Period" in relation to the other 6 thousand years of the world's work day history.
Like the "Lord's Supper" is to us a "Memorial" pointing back to the "Cross" and Forward to the "Coming",
so the "Feast of Tabernacles" will be a "Memorial" to Israel pointing back to Egypt and Forward
to Millennial Rest.
