HER MAJESTY’'S REIGN -
QEII“ CHRISTIAN VOICE” COMMENTS.

The magazine “Christian Voice”, published in Sutton Surrey UK, has on its title page,
“Britain in Sin”, dated January 1998. Although this publication is more political than Despatch deems Scripturally correct, it has a heart-rending cry which touched our hearts. This message is delivered to Christians who live under the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, which is ourselves here in Australia after all (perhaps this will change in the near future?) Some of the material from “Britain in Sin” is included herein, to inspire you to pray for this country as well, under Queen Elizabeth. The reign of Her Majesty may well be short in Australia, we need prayer for the time also when we cut the “apron strings” of the Mother Country, when we form a Republic. The New World Order has already decreed that our constitution should be scrapped in preparation for AD 2000 and the Aquarian Age of the Third Millennium. The recent conference in Canberra re the forming of a Republic is only window dressing, the Plan of the internationalists has already been decided for Australia.

The “Britain in Sin - Christian Voice” has as its National Director: Stephen Green MA; Patron: The Lord Ashbourne. Page 30:

“...What does the Word of God say?...Her Majesty’s Governments, irrespective of which political party has been in power, have sown the wind of disobedience to God, and our nation is beginning to reap the whirlwind of judgement (Hosea 8:7). To answer the question we posed at the start, the reign of our Queen would certainly be viewed by the writers of Kings and Chronicles as one in which the monarch allowed the nation to drift into apostasy and rebellion against God....

It is not enough to carry out flawlessly one’s ceremonial duties. Her Majesty has indeed a bad bargain, in which she has made certain promises to her people and to Almighty God, whilst the discharge of those promises was ever in the hands of powerful and ambitious men.

She may well have been ill- advised, or ‘deceived in her grants’, but hers in the responsibility for the wickedness which has been enacted in her name. Unless she and her ministers and people quickly repent, her increasingly dysfunctional nation will be broken up before her eyes, its Christian heritage and constitution destroyed, whilst the reImagess will be stripped from her and given over to her enemies. They will rule both her and her erstwhile subjects with the contempt which only an elite can feel for their inferiors....

PRAY FOR REPENTANCE
Our prayer is that the United Kingdom will repent of her lawlessness, seek God, return to Him as before and stand aside from the rush of the international Gadarene swine. Again, realism is required; there are powerful financial and spiritual vested interests who believe they stand to gain much from our national destruction and global unification. But they are as nothing beside God who, even now, calls us to repent and enjoy His forgiveness and blessing. Without national repentance, our reading of Scripture is that God will let this nation go her own way: ‘And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury’ Lev.26:27-28.

...Repentance will, obviously, lead to repeal of all unrighteous legislation. To allow that to happen, and to demonstrate our faith and trust in God alone, repentance would also lead to our withdrawal from the European Union, The European Convention on Human Rights, and all agencies of the United Nations.

By doing these things, we would demonstrate to the world our renewed national dependence upon God, and would be a true shining light of Christian witness.”

“Christian Voice” quotes a prayer from the Anglican Book of Common Prayer:

“We beseech thee also to save and defend all Christian Kings, Princes, and Governors; and specially thy servant ELIZABETH our queen, that under her we may be godly and quietly governed: And grant to her whole Council, and to all that are put in authority under her, that they may truly and indifferently minister justice, to the punishment of wickedness and vice, and to the Imagestenance of true religion, and virtue.”

DESPATCH comment:
Although we believe that we are very close now to the Rapture, and that it seems obvious that all nations are going under the steam-roller of the New World Order, should we not pray for our country and Queen, for Prime Minister Howard and his cabinet? The Bible has instructed us in this manner, and obey we must - even in these wicked days of skulduggery in high places. Can any changes be made, spiritually and politically, at this late stage in Britain and Australia? How can we tell, but there are millions in both countries who need Christ, and we need the religious freedom to preach the Gospel; millions who are caught in the NWO ambush which will lead only to horrific bondage. Are our political leaders aware of the United World’s Plan, yet fear to resist? Perhaps, I would say certainly, pray that they may be bold and go against the tide, at least for a season. “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men. For kings, and for all that are in authority that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour. Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and Men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.” (I Timothy 2:2-6).
