The Toronto Blessing, the New Age, the Papal Agenda and AD2000 are four converging lines that are going to result in a new ‘one humanity’. THE JUBILEE OF THE ANTICHRIST.
Ed Commences...
Gorbachev just held the “State of the World Forum” and it says that they are putting together the first global civilization. We are talking about one humanity, one civilization in the year 2000. And the church is involved in that because it is going to be part of the World Religion that is rising. I want to talk about “replacement theology” and the birthing of new revelations and Tricia (Tillin) said in one of her newsletters “Very little is being said about doctrine, origins, purpose and goals of the new move. It is my belief that most churches and leaders do not know those things. Some leaders, however, are promising an escalation in the world revival but are cagey about how the transition will take place. Others hint at ‘something being birthed’ in the church and God is raising up an army. The truth is that the present events and the way they are being handled by leaders point unerringly in the direction of the Latter Rain teaching.” So the hints at something being birthed in the church come from new, progressive revelations that are built on the Latter Rain foundation. And Replacement Theology is involved and that is the Latter Rain practice of replacing Israel with the Church as the object of scriptural prophecy. And out of its practice has come these “new” revelations.
“NEW” PENTECOST? A COUNTERFEIT.
One example of replacement theology is this given as a 1992 Vineyard Prophetic Word. Mark Du Pont equated Toronto with Jerusalem and a new anointing to a new Pentecost. He said “Like Jerusalem, Toronto will end up being a sending-out-place. It is of God that there are so many internationals in this area. The Lord is going to be sending out many people filled with His Spirit with strong gifting, vision and love to the nations on all continents.” THE BIRTH OF A “CHILD”? That is one example of Replacement Theology. But we want to look at others in relationship to a birth of a child through the church. The first thing I want to establish is that a corporate child is being birthed into the church. Prominent 1994 was a presentation of an Old Testament-type of Christ. And it is a new promise of a new spiritual Messiah. It began with John Wimber, John Wimber said that God told him to go to the nations in what would be a season of new beginnings. And he believes God said “I am going to start it all over again - I am going to pour out my Spirit in your midst like I did in the beginning.” Wimber wrote “I heard myself say, shall I have this pleasure in my old age? The very words that Sarah laughingly said to herself when she overhead the Lord say she was going to have a son from her 90 year old womb by her 100 year old husband. This was a word of life from the Lord and it touched me deeply.”
PREGNANT?
IMPREGNATION?
We are going to look at some life references of a definite progression similar to the progressive conception of the birth of a child and these are contained in these prophecies from 1994. The first one is a prophecy promising impregnation. It was given by Morris Cerullo in his promotional material 1994 in his London School of Ministry. He said, “God has revealed to me revelations of his spirit of his endtime so sacred, you have never heard this word preached anywhere. It is hot, it is sacred, it is deep. Come away to this place where I poured out my holy spirit, I will make you pregnant with my reality.” “The Holy Spirit is the part of God that will manifest the pregnancy in your being, something great is about to happen to you.” Cerullo said God instructed him to teach that he will make you, “pregnant with reality through sacred revelations never heard preached anywhere.” IS THIS TRUE TO GOD’S WORD? But the church already has the Holy Spirit dwelling in it forever. We do not need God to impregnate us with his reality, because he is already within. The simple gospel is once delivered to the saints. We don’t need “new” revelations that are “hot, sacred and deep.” God has given us the simple revelation of His Son and that is explained in the Scriptures.
PAT ROBINSON & JUDSON CORNWALL “PREGNANT”?
The second prophecy is one of impregnation and it was given to Glen Foster in a night vision in January, 1994. In an interview with Pat Robertson, Judson Cornwall said Foster saw them both in a pregnant condition and he said that during this night vision, the Lord revealed this - God (was supposed to have) told Foster: “I am now impregnating some of my mature older ministers with truth. I am choosing my older men because I can trust them to carry that truth to full gestation and have the patience to raise it up once it is delivered. I will bring forth truth that is not now being taught and you will be part of it.” That is another significant statement. The church is being “impregnated with truth not now taught” that will eventually manifest something in the world when it is raised up. God doesn’t impregnate us with new truths to manifest something. He speaks through his world in its proper context. He points to His Son Jesus Christ through the Scriptures. That is the revelation of God to us.
WALLACE HICKEY & RODNEY HOWARD-BROWNE.
The next prophecy was one of full gestation and it was given by Wallace Hickey at a Rodney Howard-Browne meeting that was aired on T.V. in May of 1994, and this prophecy said that this child is growing in the church, the prophecy went like this - “The spirit in this very hour saith `Don’t think you have seen it all as you go in the Holy Ghost way, God is new and he is a growing person as anything that is alive. So you don’t have to work it out or try in your flesh to strive. Just let God be God in you, as a child, as a child be. God would will that the whole of everyone in eternity would be like He is, never old, ever young, growing. A growing thing.’” To the Christian that ought to raise some questions about what God Hickey was talking about. Is God a growing thing in us as a child? No the full Christ comes to us, indwells us, we have a share of His fullness. Is God a growing person as anything that is alive? No, God is separate from His creation, yet sovereign over it. So Hickey was not prophesying out of Scripture.
THE BIRTH & MASTER POTTER MINISTRIES.
The next prophecy is that of the birth. This was in a brochure entitled “The Great Intruder” advertising the 1994 Passion and Fire Conferences held by Jill Austin of the Master Potter Ministries. The prophecy went like this - and this is a crucial one - Prophetically the child Isaac, meaning ‘laughter’ is being released in nation after nation as the new wine is being passed. So this contradicts Hebrews 1:1-2 which says this: “God, who at sundry times and in diverse manners spake in times past unto the fathers by the prophets and these last days spoken unto us by His Son, whom he appointed heir of all things by whom he made the worlds.” For Jesus Christ our Lord is the fulfiller and type of Isaac is come into the world as Immanuel - God with us. A FAKE ISAAC - THE CORPORATE MAN. This movement’s child is Isaac, meaning laughter, he is being released into the world as new wine that is bringing joy and laughter to the nations. So this is another child. A prophecy of the corporate son was given by the End-time Hand-maidens in a newsletter in October, 1994 and this revelation shows us that Sarah’s child, Isaac is a corporate man. This prophecy said “Sarah is a type of the church, the church that is withered and its womb is dried up in many places but God is sending a revival of joy to awaken and renew the church so that she can bring forth the man-child of joy, even the army of overcomers who will go forth in the likeness and image of the Lord in these last days.”
SUBDUE THE EARTH?
So we need to take note of this and what this ministry says that the stated purpose of the laughing revival is to bring forth the man child of joy that will subdue the earth. So national ministry leaders have now said that God would impregnate, has impregnated, has brought that impregnation to full gestation and has released the child into the nations. But there is no mention in Scripture of such a prophetic utterance after the appearance of Jesus Christ. Nor does Scripture speak of a release of any other Spirit other than the Holy Spirit sent once and for all at Pentecost to proclaim the glorification of Christ at God’s right hand and to indwell all who believe.
NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE!
So this new move is founded on progressive revelation, truths that have never been seen or heard before. A typical mark of the Latter Rain Movement. So here is the progressive revelation that is bringing to birth the child in the church with an impregnation that is unscriptural.
A FAKE ABRAHAMIC COVENANT.
In Latter Rain the formation of a corporate body will be the supposed fulfilling of the Abrahamic Covenant. We are all familiar with Romans and Galatians in what they say the fulfilment of that covenant is - the promises made to Abraham. What Galatians says is this - that God spoke promises to Abraham and to His One Seed who is Christ. What God promised through Christ was the Gospel and the giving of the Holy Spirit, which would be offered to all the nations. Christ is the one who blesses the nations by giving the Holy Spirit to all individuals who believe the personal Gospel. That was fulfilled at Pentecost and it is on-going - that’s the mission of the (true) Church is to share the Gospel and Christ filling those who believe it with His Holy Spirit.... THE FAKE CELEBRATION OF TABERNACLES. But in Latter Rain the corporate seed is said to be the ones who will fulfil that covenant. For example, Latter Rain is telling———teachers that every city and family on earth is to receive this blessing through the church’s Celebration of Tabernacles. In a tape talk entitled “God’s Suddenlies”, Allan Vincent’s new revelation brought together Isaac with the Abrahamic Covenant and the Feast of Israel. Vincent said this: “God had this on His agenda for a millennium, now you are privileged to see the fulfilment of all that the prophets have said that was true of course for the nation of Israel. It was true for the city of Jerusalem, and now it is becoming true for every single city on the face of the earth because God promised through Abraham - He said `I will through your seed’, and Vincent says - is the church - every family on the face of the earth is going to be blessed.” THE SHAKING OF THE CITY OF ISRAEL? THE RAPTURE? So they are supplanting Christ as the one who brings the blessing of Abraham to the nations. Again Vincent said: “God, you promised Abraham seven full times you repeated it, it is followed by an oath. Every time you talked about a covenant, you said `this is the heart of the thing’ and as soon as the Spirit comes and starts to shake the city of Jerusalem, Peter says `Oh this is what the prophets spoke about, this is just one city experiencing what every city must experience.’ Otherwise, God is the biggest liar that ever was, and of course that is impossible.” “I am saying that quite shockingly, beloved, God has to keep His word, it has to happen. Why should God keep saying again and again this is what I am going to do through the seed and then Jesus coming in a sudden Rapture theory and spoiling God’s covenant promises to Abraham. It is impossible for Jesus to come until these things are fulfilled.” So in other words, Christ’s coming would interfere with Abraham’s seed and God’s promise to that seed, which he would interfere with our mission as the seed of Abraham which is ridiculous. Vincent then says that God will bless every city on earth as a fulfilment of this covenant promise to Abraham and he will do that by moving the seed of Abraham into the Celebration of Tabernacles.
A LAUGHING, ROARING “GOD” & A COUNTERFEIT TABERNACLES.
He said “But I tell you what God said to me, he said `Allan, I am moving the church from the Day of Atonement to Tabernacles.’ Vincent continues - “As if the devil could stop him from fulfilling his covenant to Abraham, as if the devil could even stop him from using the church.” And God supposedly told Vincent the Day of Atonement is over and Tabernacles is coming and I am getting ready to laugh and I am getting ready to roar and I tell you this whole world is going to feel the shaking of that laughter in the power of that roar.”
A RECAP.
So up to here, I want to recap this with four points to just try to keep it together as we go through it, as it is progressing. “God” (supposedly) said that there would be a season of beginnings. These “new” beginnings are based on and proliferated by “new” revelations. These new revelations are bringing forth the new corporate child who is supposedly Abraham’s seed through whom every city on the earth would be blessed and that blessing would be fulfilled through the Celebration of Tabernacles in a time of Revival, HARVEST and UNITY.
TABERNACLES IS NOT TO DO WITH THE CHURCH.
The Celebration of Tabernacles is vital to the agenda of this “Corporate Child.” The true Feast of Tabernacles is described in Zechariah 14 which places that in its proper time frame, it is a celebration of the nations coming to Jerusalem AFTER Jesus returns. That is the hope of the Gospel that we talked about in the second topic, it is Christ’s Return. The Tabernacles has nothing to do with the church as a new Israel in this age.
THE TRUE TABERNACLES.
The one verse always tied to the revival is ‘this Gospel of the Kingdom must be preached in all the world unto all nations and then the end shall come.’ But what Gospel? What does it do to our hope of Christ’s Return leading to a true Celebration of Tabernacles in the Millennium Kingdom? In an article by Robert McMillan and Steve Thompson they assert that the Gospel was foreshadowed in three Old Testament Feasts of Israel: The first was Passover which was when the angel of death passed through Egypt to set Israel free. And for the Christian, Christ our Passover has been slain. For us, Passover has been celebrated. The second feast they mention is Pentecost, which is a descendance of the (Holy) Spirit upon all believers, but according to them (the Latter Rain) Pentecost is not the complete harvest - it is not enough. The third feast they mention is Tabernacles and this is what they say about it: “There is another realm of spiritual experience typified in Scripture by the Feast of Tabernacles. Until we understand and partake of this feast, as we have both Passover and Pentecost, we will never fulfil our destiny or calling. We must discover the meaning of the Feast of Tabernacles and celebrate it along with Passover and Pentecost. What God did among the Jews in Jerusalem, He is going to do among humanity and world wide. Pentecost will come to maturity in the Feast of Tabernacles.”

A STRANGE SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE EMERGES... NOT IN SCRIPTURE!
I didn’t realise this, this first sentence really struck me. I want to repeat it and just go over it a little bit. McMillan and Thompson said ‘there is another realm of spiritual experience typified in Scripture by the Feast of Tabernacles’. They are not pointing to the church, though they are talking Tabernacles, they are not pointing to the church to the Feast of Tabernacles, they are pointing them to another reality of spiritual experience typified by Tabernacles. Tabernacles to them is only a type of this spiritual experience which is not described in Scripture. I thought that was rather revealing. I said that to Tricia (Tillin) today and she said “Oh yeah, I knew that.” Well, what they have done here is come out under the authority of Scripture and they have pointed to an un-Biblical spiritual experience and the New Testament doesn’t say anything like this to us. So the last point we need to understand is - how to view Pentecost and Tabernacles.
THE FAKE PENTECOST & TABERNACLES EXPLAINED.
The Latter Rain says that Pentecost is an experience - a new experience in God at a personal level which is true. But Tabernacles is “the experience of God” by all members of the Body at the same time before Christ returns. And that is the event that isn’t in Scripture. So there are: three aspects of the Latter Rain Feast of Tabernacles that show that “the child” is entering into it. Remember these three because we are going to bring them up in other philosophies too.
THE FIRST.
The first is “REVIVAL” - the first aspect of Tabernacles - by revival we mean a restoration through signs and wonders. And McMillan and Thompson say this: The restoration of that which the years have stripped away from God’s people will come as a result of the overflowing of the new wine and oil. Many people who are experiencing the new wine and oil in this recent outpouring are also experiencing a restoration in their lives. Some have wept deeply as the oil of the Lord has been applied to their wounds. The Lord is accomplishing in minutes or hours that which counselling and psychological approaches have not accomplished in years as he fills them, overflowing with the Holy Ghost. So there is a revival of God’s people.
THE SECOND.
The second is “THE HARVEST” - in their article, McMillan and Thompson vision the joy of this great “Harvest” associated with Tabernacles. They said `The manifestations of joy and spiritual drunkenness are a witness that he is bringing restoration and hope to people for the largest harvest of souls that has ever occurred. The Feast of Ingathering, or the Feast of Tabernacles.’ And they say that this Tabernacle Feast is the key to what is happening in the church. They said `Our participation in the spiritual celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles is the KEY to God releasing fullness and maturity in the church. It is a feast of joy and release bringing restoration. It is also a feast of humility, unity and ultimately an ingathering of many lost people. It is the Celebration of the Harvest.’
THE THIRD.
The third aspect, besides revival and harvest, is probably the most important which is UNITY. Bill Randalls, in his latest book said “In 1951 George Warnock wrote his book `The Feast of Tabernacles’ into which he laid out a specific doctrine for the latter rain movement. He taught that the church was about to usher in the completion of God’s feasts through the perfection of the saints and their dominion over the earth. Essentially, this latter rain teaching implies that the three great annual feasts of the Lord in Israel’s worship, Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles typify the whole church age, beginning with the death of Jesus on the cross and consummating in the Manifestation of the Sons of God, the overcomers who will become perfected and step into immortality in order to establish the Kingdom of God on earth.’ UNITY IS SEEN AS VITAL TO FEAST OF TABERNACLES. According to Warnock, this will be accomplished through the restoration of the Church in unity. So all of that I just read depends upon the church being unified. McMillan and Thompson also associate the current drive for unity with the end-time Feast of Tabernacles. They said the same humility enables us to walk in unity with our brothers as well. During the Feast of Tabernacles, all of Israel dwelt in booths, the rich and poor alike. As they left those things which defined their station in life, and separated them into different classes, they celebrated the goodness of God in unity without division.
UNITY, THE CORPORATE MAN & “GOD” INCARNATE?
The unity is essential to the manifestation of the corporate man-child because God cannot incarnate in a body that is not united. So now we have revival resulting in the unified church which is the corporate child and he is to fulfil the Abrahamic Covenant by going forth and taking the blessing of Toronto to the nations which would bring about the Harvest and it is all done through a spiritual experience that typifies the Celebration of Tabernacles.
So
Next we need to see the truth about the Latter Rain Feast of Tabernacles. The truth is that is parallels with the New Age/Age of Aquarius. In her book, Constance Cumbey wrote about Ernest Ramsay who is an enthusiastic follower of Alice Bailey and Benjamin Creme teachings. Cumbey’s book was called “A Planned Deception” - I want to get this in there - “A Planned Deception, the Staging of A New Age Messiah”. Then she says in Ramsay’s major report that it was entitled `An Evolutionary Basis for the Appearance of the Christ and His Executives, the Masters of Wisdom’.
NEO-PENTECOSTALISM & NEW AGE. SPIRIT-GUIDE.
So Cumbey writes on Ernest Ramsay’s research report No. 2 “He tells us something he was led to by his spirit guide - what he terms neo-Pentecostalism - an aberrant branch of Pentecostalism - this is more commonly known as `The Manifest Sons of God’ and Ramsay concludes that this is part of the New Age Movement.
Cumbey continues... “The most interesting section of Ramsay’s report dealt with neo-Pentecostalism. Ramsay spent a semester at one of the neo-Pentecostal, Manifest Sons of God seminaries. Already familiar with Alice Bailey’s writings, he was amazed to see that there was a branch of Pentecostalism that embraced the same teaching, all-be-it sometimes using different terminology. Like those seeking the Age of Aquarius - these people too, were seeking a New Age. Like the other New Agers, these people taught that the Christ was an anointing, not necessarily one man. They taught that Jesus was a Pattern Son who was to be a sign of something even greater that was to come - the Manifestation of the Sons of God.
THE EARTH TO BE CLEANSED BY MANIFEST SONS OF “GOD”?
They too believed the earth was to be cleansed of evil, but chillingly, like other New Agers they believed they were to be God’s instruments for such cleansing. The New Agers believed they were gods, like the Manifest Sons of God likewise taught that if one accepted their new revelation that they themselves would actually become “Christ” at the time of the “unveiling” or the Manifestation of the Sons of God.
Important - YEAR OF JUBILEE & TABERNACLES IS AGE OF AQUARIUS!!!!!
But then Cumbey gives this quote - and this was a real eye-opener for me - the reading fits together with the New Age “Ernest Ramsay excitedly pointed out in his report that the Manifest Sons had a teaching which did indeed parallel with the Aquarian teaching of the Age of Aquarius - the Old Testament Year of Jubilee as well as the Feast of Tabernacles.
THIS IS EXPLAINED - WORLD’S PEOPLE COME TO ONE TENT IS “TABERNACLES”. DISTRIBUTING OF WORLD'S GOODS IN NEW AGE SOCIALISM IS “THE YEAR OF JUBILEE”.
The Year of Jubilee paralleled with the distribution of the world’s wealth, the Feast of Tabernacles was equivalent of the coming together of the world’s people of varied religions to a one tent or tabernacle, the equivalent of the New Agers’ long-awaited new world religion. So we cannot miss the point that Replacement Theology and the Manifest Sons has brought the Age of Aquarius into the church under the guise of the Feast of Tabernacles and the Year of Jubilee. This is a testimony from a New Ager who has spent time at one of their seminaries. NEW AGE LEADER - BARBARA MARX HUBBARD. After reading this about Ramsay in his report, I went and compared Barbara Marx Hubbard and her beliefs with those of the Latter Rain and I found that they were basically identical. Barbara Marx Hubbard is a world-renowned futurist, a speaker, social architect, prophetic politician and was a candidate for the Presidency in the 1984 Presidential elections. She is the founder of “The Foundation For Conscious Revolution”, a leader for social and spiritual change. She is the author of New Age books including “The Revelation”. She channels from `The Christ’. BOTH EVOLUTION. Hubbard’s doctrine is the same as the Latter Rain doctrines... Every point of that doctrine is close to or identical with Hubbard’s New Age scenario that was delivered to her by her “Christ”. Both Latter Rain and New Age are evolutionary in nature. In the Latter Rain doctrine, man must first receive Christ and then mature to the point where he incarnates Christ. The corporate body of these incarnated men is called the Manifest Sons of God. In Hubbard’s version man is already born of God but must realise that to evolve to the realization of that fact. In the corporate body of these god-men under Hubbard’s version, is called “Homo-Universalis” - universal men. Both the Latter Rain and Hubbard expect their corporate men to be manifested at the end of the age. WHAT IS “NEW” REVELATION ALL ABOUT? NEW AGE AND “CHRISTIAN”? The first comparison is “New Revelation”. We have already seen that it is very prevalent in Latter Rain. Hubbard’s Christ also said “the text of the New Order of the future is the story of creation, the first chapter is revealed in the religions of the world, especially the Judeo-Christian, which foresaw the future most clearly. Its vision is stated by Paul, is true, “Behold, I show you a mystery, we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed”. Revelation shall be unfolded in evolution, through the marriage of faith and knowledge in each of you. That is gnosticism. And the New Age Christ says there will be NEW revelation, revelation unfolded just as in the TORONTO BLESSING. The next comparison is “New Beginnings”. This really surprised me. Wimber said 17 times the Lord told him it would be a season of new beginnings. But Hubbard’s Christ, he said to her - “Those of you who hear these words are to carry on the commandment given to John 2,000 years ago. You are not only to prophesy the end, the tribulations and the new Jerusalem, you are to act it out. You are to discover the blue-print and become co-creators with God. You are to see the firstfruits of the new beginning.”
ABRAHAM & SARAH IS NEW AGE REVELATION!
The next comparison is of “Abraham and Sarah”. We have already discussed that in this move of God, but it also reflects Hubbard’s New Age revelations. In another of her books, a section entitled “The lineage of founders of a new order of the future” as one of her sources of her new beginnings, also pointing to Abraham and Sarah. “Abraham and Sarah” it said, “understood their relationship with God was a partnership for the transformation of the world” and that is what we are talking about when we talk about this child being born through the Latter Rain doctrine. “NEW ISRAEL” IS NOT THE CHURCH, OR BIBLE, IT IS NEW AGE DOCTRINE. The next is “The Replacement of Israel” where the church becomes “New Israel”. But Hubbard’s Christ said this “Who do you suppose those children of Israel are, dealy beloved? They are you who love God above all else, your neighbour as yourself, yourself as me, you are sealed in your foreheads. O Israel, awaken to the reality of your potential to be heirs of God.”
THE “BIRTH OF THE CHILD” IS ALSO NEW AGE.
The next comparison is “The birthing of a Corporate Body” and we discussed that in the Latter Rain. But in Hubbard’s search for answers, she asked herself “What in our age is comparable to the birth of Christ?” And then after coming out of a dream-like state, she said that she heard these inner words clearly -”Our story is a birth, it is the birth of humankind as one body. We are one body born into this universe.” The next comparison word is “Incarnation”. In the Latter Rain move of God, Earl Paulk said “The completion of the incarnation of God in the world must be in his church. Jesus Christ is the firstfruits, but without the on-going harvest, the incarnation will never be complete.” New Ager Hubbard said “Who is this child? This child is the Christ Child within who has emerged victorious, fully born, incarnated as every member of the human race who evolves.” So there the doctrines are identical comparisons which shows them to be very similar. Three Important Points. Now these next three points are very important to note because they are the three primary aspects of Tabernacles that I referred to before.
HORRIFYING COUNTERFEIT REVIVAL!
The first is “Revival”. Hubbard’s Christ said “Finally you start the transition, during the transition, millions of members of the body awaken to the power to be natural `christs`. Full humans in the model of the first person to manifest the next stage in the development of humanity” - so that they awaken to their power - that is what revival is - it is an awakening inside, a revival.
HORRIFYING FAKE “HARVEST”!
The second aspect of Tabernacles was “The Harvest”. And
Hubbard’s Christ said - “now this is the trial of my disciples for 2,000
years and it has not worked, yet. Why? Because it was not yet the fulness
of time. The idea was not wrong, it was premature.
