Dear Bill,

Good to hear from you! In regard to the Trinity question, I can only answer from what the Lord God has revealed in the Bible. As just a redeemed sinner, I have no special hot-line to the verities of the Lord which He does not desire to open to mankind, of course. The Word of God reveals a great deal on the subject of the Trinity. Naturally, we on earth have no frame of reference in which to fit the concept of a Person who is three Persons in One. But, we are talking here of Eternal matters, spiritual Truths, not merely earthly, temporal concepts. Do I understand all there is know about the Trinity? Certainly not, any more than I understand fully the nature of the Creator. However, any saved person can go the Bible and find out what the Lord wants us to know about the Trinity, although the word Trinity itself is not used in Scripture. To look up my references use a King James Version Bible.

The Trinity is clear in Scripture, although not "formally" presented, Imagesly found in the New Testament, but intimations of it can be found in the Old Testament: Isaiah 48:16; 61:1; 63:9-10.

NOTE: the New Testament presents three who are God. Father as God: John 6:27; 1 Peter 1:2. Jesus Christ is God: John 1:1, 18; Titus 2:13. Holy Spirit is God: Acts 5:3,4.

NOTE: ALL three are Creator, Genesis 1:1, God the Father is the Creator. Gen.1:2, the Holy Spirit moves in Creation. John 1:1-3, Jesus Christ is Creator.

We are compelled by Scripture to conceive of the three as distinct persons: Christ, for example, shows the Father as being disticnt from Himself. John 5:32, 37. The Father is the sender, the Son is the One who is sent. John 10:36; Galatains 4:4. The Father is the Begetter and the Son is the Begotten. Psalm 2:7; John 1:14; 3:16.

The Holy Spirit is distinct from the Father and the Son.: Jesus shows the Spirit as being distinct from Himself and the Father. John 14: 16,17. The Spirit proceeds from the Father. John 15:26. The Holy Spirit is sent by the Father and the Son. John 14:26; 15:26; Galatians 4:6.

Jehovah's Witnesses accuse the Christian Church of being tritheistic - this is because they do not understand the doctrine of the Bible re. the Trinity! The Trinity is tripersonality, not tritheistic. The New Testament does a thrilling thing - it applies to the Lord Jesus Christ passages which the Old Testament applies to the Almighty, Jehovah Himself: Philippians 2:10; Isaiah 45:23; Revelation 1:17; Isaiah 44:6.

THE ONE ESSENCE. To explain what theologians have gleaned from the study of the Word on the Trinity is difficult, so I will give you a quote from Emery Bancroft:

"The term 'person' only approximately represents the truth. although this word, more nearly than any other single word, expresses the conception which the Scriptures give us of the relationship between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, it is not itself used in this connection in Scripture, and we employ it in a qualified sense, not in the ordinary sense in which we apply the word "person" to Peter, Paul, and John.

The necessary qualification is that, while three persons among men have only a specific unity of nature or essence - that is, have the same species of nature or essence - the persons of the God-head have a numerical unity of nature or essence - that is, have the same nature or essence. The undivided essence of the God-head belongs equally to each person: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit: each possesses all the substance and all the attributes of deity. The plurality of the God-head is, therefore, not a plurality of essence, but a plurality of hypostatical, or personal, distinction. God is three and one, but three in one. The one indivisible essence has three modes of susistence." (Christian Theology, p.72).

GOD IS TERMED PLURAL IN OT.

The Old Testament word which is used most frequently for God is plural in form. God uses plural pronouns in speaking of Himself. Have a look at the "us" in these verses Gen.1:26; 11:7; 3:22; Isaiah 6:8. Take a look at the verses Zechariah 2:10,11, where the Lord (Jehovah) speaks of Himself being sent by the Lord (Jehovah) of Hosts. Remember to use a JKV. (King James Version).

Question: "How can God be three and also be One at the very same time?"

Answer: An answer to absolutely satisfy humans before they put on immortality and go to be with the Lord God is impossible. We are in this world now. It is like trying to explain to a two year old child that Daddy is a company director, and why Daddy is something different to his employees than he is to his little boy. It does not "compute"! The question is impossible because God is a spirit, numbers as such belong primarily to the physical realm, we are trying to understand spiritual being in the only forms of thought we have at present. God is wholly other than we are, although Adam was made in His image. God is infinite,we are finite. Tri-unity is a fact about the infinite being of the Almighty, we only have thought which is finite, at the very best we can grasp only partially. In essence, God is One. God is three separate personalities. Matt.3:16,17; 28:19; 11 Corinthians 13:14.

Question: "Will Christians see three persons in heaven?"

Answer: All I have to go on is the revealed Word of God. Read about the new paradise in Revelation 22. Take a look at the words "God" (Father), "the Lamb" (Son), "Lord God", "Alpha and Omega", "Jesus", "Spirit" (Holy Spirit). In the Perfect Age to come all Three Persons of the Godhead will of course be present. It does not tell us how we will perceive the Trinity, so I cannot speculate. We know God is Spirit, not like physical man. God is omnipresent (everywhere). Can you understand even the world of quantums, microbes, the atoms or the universe, infinity of infinities going on forever and forever? No, nor can any of us, we are mere humans. Are you saved? Don't delay if you are not sure you are and that you are on your way to heaven simply because Jesus Christ died for you.

Read the gospel message sent if not sure. I could add a lot of things about nature being in threes: three-leaf, clover;three states of water; threefold nature of man (spirit, soul, body); three parts of an egg (shell, white yolk); nature of light, consists of three kinds of rays (chemical, light, heat); dimensional example, height, width, length, et al. Time does not permit to go into this in depth.

Much more could be said, but must away! Look at these verses and see how God is inscrutable, He is omniscient (all-knowing), His ways and nature are Holy:

Psalm 147:5; Isaiah 40:13,14; Hebrews 4:13; Psalm 104:24.

God is Love: "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." 1 John 4:8.

About the false laughter etc., we have much to say in the magazine but it is not online yet, we can direct your to two other sites with their email address where you can get some answers, we are flatout with the magazine at present.

In June, 1995 actually I encountered `The Toronto Blessing' in the A.O.G. church I was attending in full force. I now attend a local Baptist Church wherer the word of God is preached faithfully. Your Magazine comes as wonderful confirmation to me. My story is too long to relate in a letter but suffice to say I've known such peace since distancing myself from it all. I saw things I never dreamt I'd see in a Church, it astounds me how so many Pastors are falling for it. I've been a Christiatn since I was 27...the Word of God has been firmly stablished in my life.

...your wonderful work of enlightening us of the error that is in the world today, amongst "Christian" circles. You need our prayers, for the evil one is ever about, to seek to bring persecution on those who resist his attacks ...We appreciate receiving "Despatch" and endeavour to warn others about matters of which they ought to be aware...

At the very beginning let me say how much my wife...and I look for each issue of Despatch and the information it reveals of the apostates and organisations dupes of satan, it appears many are involved in government circles as well.

I've just tried to read a booklet written by Dr. Peter Ruckman, he seems to be so confused, sure he quotes the King James but out of context to back up his ideas which don't make sense, he is a very bigotted man, sarcastic in the extreme of those who don't believe as he does....

Our warfare is becoming more intense as the day of our departure for Glory and the meeting of our Lovely Lord and Saviour, our Redeemer face to face draws closer, world events, the religious apostasy increasing, are all signs to encourage us to press on until the battle is won...continue to warn the sleepy ones to awake and repent while they have the day of Grace still available and to encourage others as well.

The following Reply was to a letter received from a lady in the USA who read the Despatch Article re ‘The Experience Controversy’ and disagreed with it saying her experience of the Toronto Blessing was very real in God. (Her letter to us not included here)

I received your letter from across the seas, and we send greetings to you.

Thank you for sharing your personal experience with me, a stranger. I appreciate your sincerity. I do not want to be in any way offensive to you, or argumentative, as you are precious to the Lord Jesus Christ. We can share together in love without being disagreeable. These matters are of immense importance to the Body of Christ, you will agree there! (More comments at end of Editorial p.4)

The meetings here in Australia of T.B. were horrendous. Some people were thrown against the wall with their feet above the floor, just hanging there, stuck on the wall. When the pastors tried to pull them off, they couldn’t budge them. This is evil spirits, not God. The results of the so-called revival has been broken churches, people have lost friends, family ties, some have even left their communities because there has been such division over T.B. My own son’s church has been emptied because of the Laughter Anointing “revival”, and all the plans they had for a Christian school has been destroyed.

Rodney Howard Browne has actually been “sprung” by investigators saying devilish things, as he pretends to speak in tongues to Kenneth Copeland. This was discovered on the video tape with Copeland when they are speaking to one another in a supposed conversation in tongues - you may have seen the video? On one section Copeland says quite clearly, “Receive the Mark of the Beast!” It is awful to hear. Many other such comments are hidden in that video, and Rodney Howard Browne shows how satanic he is.

I am alarmed for you, Mrs C., and I am praying that God will enlighten you to the deception you may be involved in, it is a dangerous business indeed. You say you have greater joy in your life since receiving laughter? ... But this present delusion of the Toronto Blessing and now the Pensacola, Brownsville revival is not of God. The roots of T.B. doctrinally are not Biblical, the people who are presenting it are leading others astray, and many, many Pentecostals are standing against men like Howard Browne and Kenneth Copeland. Even John Wimber, who was deceived for a period about the T.B. has come right out and declared it is not of God.

You do not write that you went to a meeting that was directly involved with the T.B. revival, but I would be much in prayer about the experiences you have described in your letter at any rate. There is much false “joy” “peace” and “unconditional love” in the churches today, which is not God but deceptive spirits which call themselves “Holy Spirit.” Please seek the Lord about the veracity of what has happened to you. I have included some photostats from the book “War on the Saints” by Jessie Penn-Lewis, pub. Thomas E Lowe Ltd, New York. The unabridged version would be a very good book for you to get, it is very helpful.

This is not the time to defend our own stand, or to be careless about the source of the experiences of a spiritual nature which we may encounter. These are times of unbelievably seductive deceptions from the enemy. That we “feel” right about the experiences is no guarantee that we have not been deceived!

Dear sir/madam,

On a recent trip to Brisbane I visited your bookshop, and as a result of that venture, this letter is written.

I was unhappy with quite a few of the books at your shop, especially with the shocking “bible” “The Message” (material on this included), and the works of Copeland et al. I would not however have written specifically about these, as your shop is indicative of a wide-ranging stance taken by the majority these sad days. BUT, the “God Calling” display, facing the entrance to gain full attention I suppose was unthinkable!

The “journal”, made in the fashion of a Bible, leather-look cover, beautifully made and displayed, is an utter disgrace. Are you and your staff Christians? Do you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour? You have to give an account of your actions before the Bema Seat of Christ one day, if indeed you are born-again, remember this, as you read further.

That “God Calling” book is heavily occult, it was given by automatic writing to two anonymous women, who have the audacity to write in the first person throughout, as though the Lord is speaking through their writing, and the book gives the impression that it has inspiration and authority on a par with Scripture. The “journal” which is presented in your shop puts into the hands of the gullible and unwary a tool which teaches them to also receive automatic writing messages from spirits! Journally IS receiving messages by making the mind passive, and allowing impressions to waft into the consciousness, then writing down these impressions. This is occultism! It is no different in many ways from mediumship. The mind is passive and is by-passed. The few Scriptures verses which pepper the book “God Calling” do not negate the automatic writing of spirits, they are there merely to present a respectable front. The books and the journals lead people into forbidden areas which are extremely dangerous spiritually. Do you want that on your conscience? (Deut.18:10-13).

What is the background of that evil book, “God Calling”? Here I draw on the writing of other Christians, including Texe Marrs. A.J. Russell is listed on the cover of GC. He prepared it for publication. Who is he? I hope it shocks you to know that Russell was a devoted disciple of Frank Buchman of the Oxford Group, which became the Moral Rearmament. Buchman was a homosexual who praised Adolf Hitler and the Nazi for persecuting the Jews in Germany. Buchman said, “I thank God for Adolf Hitler.” Buchman travelled to Germany secretly to meet with Heinrich Himmler, who was the head of the Nazi concentration camps. He was the joint architect of Hitler’s plan to form a One World Religion (Societus Satana). The Oxford group included Hindus, Moslems and Buddists. Buchman conspired with Hindu initiates of the occult Order and worked with them to set up chapters of the Oxford Group in India.

The Oxford Group was all about automatic writing, which has led to this ghastly book “God Calling” of course. There were no pastors or churches, people simply knelt quietly each day with pen and paper and wrote down impressions and instructions from that “being” they thought was “God”. This was called the Quiet Time, and this was how “God Calling” came to these anonymous women, it was from their so-called devotional times.

The Oxford Groups that spread through Britain and the USA had what was known as “Spook Parties” and soon bizarre spiritual presences were channelling through the members. Then the inevitable happening as always when spirits are involved, sexual misconduct happened amongst the members. A.J. Russell’s books, he said, were given to him by spirit beings who told him what to write and how and where to get his books published. He tells of a demonic force that attacked him and entered him while he was paralysed on his bed!

The fake “Bible” “God Calling” is not of God, it is of the devil! How do I know? The Bible itself makes it quite plain that this is the case. Jude 3 says, “contend for the faith ONCE delivered to the saints.” We already have the Word of God in its entirety, it is 100% completed. We need no other written guide, nor do we need to accept spiritual messages from spirits who ignore the instructions from the Lord Himself that we should not add to the Word of God. (Rev. 22:18). This “God Calling” is just another example of 11 Timothy 3:15. In contrast see 11 Timothy 3:16-17.

The book “God Calling” is filled with heresy, with the sugar coating of some “lovely” sounding instructions to lull the misgivings of the Biblically illiterate. There are many atrociously erroneous passages. In the devotion August 17 (see book) there are Hindu breathing exercises, and the pantheistic “universal energy force” is breathed in.

The “Divine Force” of the New Age is present in the book “God Calling”. Mother Earth of the New Age appears in the devotions at March 8 and August 19. That all men are a sort of spark of God, and do not have to accept Christ Jesus as Lord and Saviour in order to be saved and receive Life from God, also appears in “God Calling”. This is New Age doctrine.

See March 26. Note that God Calling shows that a person can be unified with God just by “consciousness of My Presence”, April 23. This is Hinduism, the consciousness that “God” is in us, we are “god” etc, which makes union with the divine.

Horrifyingly, “God Calling” encourages occult religion which communicates with the dead in the “Unseen World”, read

September 6. “God Calling” encourages people to forget doctrines and theology and just rely on the demon spirit who is giving these messages! See November 20. AND COMPARE 11 TIMOTHY 4:2. “God Calling” teaches that our works get us to heaven, that we can become wealthy by the “name it and claim it” gospel, that we can consider God as “business manager and owner” whom we can go to with our demands, that people are divine and have “god” inside them, that we need initiation not regeneration (always present with occultism). “God Calling” leads into materialism not godliness with content. It teaches that God lives in a place called the “Spirit World”, and that Jesus’ return depends not upon God’s Sovereignty and His timetable, but upon the actions and plans of mankind.

It is obvious that the Lord God Almighty is not behind “God Calling”, and it is just as obvious that Satan IS, and that he is the “god” calling! The book is another New Age “Bible”, another one of the multitude which are flooding the stores and churches these days. However, “God Calling” is a particularly obnoxious example - and the “journal” presentation is extremely seductive and appealing to the unwary.

I urge you to remove these from your store immediately! and all the “God Calling” smaller editions. I want you to write back, not just leave this serious matter to die away unheeded. I await your reply at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your letter dated 2 February, 1997.

I am replying to be of assistance to you, as I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ can yet bring you to a full acceptance of His Sacrifice on the Cross for your sin. Eternity hangs in the balance, Barry. Therefore, not at all to prove you wrong, but in concern for your soul, I am answering. I was a bit cross on the telephone, it is very disturbing to me to see so many false doctrines flying around, when people are so desperately needing the Truth of God’s Word. I was not angry with you personally, per se.

Firstly, the Images issue is the basis for Salvation. The Seventh Day Adventist's Images apostasy is in regard to the Biblical Doctrine of the Atoning Sacrifice of Christ on the Cross, as the only way by which one might be saved. They have destroyed this doctrine in their churches. You say this is not so? Well, let’s look at Ellen White’s own writing on this, as the founder of the S.D.A. Can you really deny this?

“The ministration of the priests throughout the year in the first apartment of the sanctuary (the sanctuary Mrs White is referring to being in heaven, not here - added comment)...represents the work of ministration upon which Christ entered at His ascension... For eighteen centuries this work of ministration continued in the first apartment of the sanctuary. The blood of Christ, pleaded in behalf of the penitent believers, secured their pardon and acceptance with the Father, yet their sins still reImagesed upon the books of record “- (The Great Controversy.)

How can sins be pardoned and yet still be on the books? Yet the Bible, God’s Word. tells us that through Christ Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, we find “remission of sins past” (Romans 3:24-25) and we are “justified freely”. There is NOTHING laid to the believer’s charge (Romans 8:1, 33, 34). We are justified through faith in the Blood of Christ Jesus alone Gal.3:13; 11 Cor. 5:21; Matt. 20:28; 1 Tim. 2:6; 1 Pet. 1:18-23 etc, etc.

Jesus Christ said, “It is finished!” when he completed the work of Atonement on the Cross, yet the S.D.A. denies that finality utterly, and thus makes His cry a lie! You say, NO! Alright from the same book by White: “As in typical service there was a work of atonement at the close of the year, so before Christ’s work of redemption of men is completed, there is a work of atonement for the removal of sin from the sanctuary. This is the service which began when the 2,300 days ended (this was according to Ellen White in the year 1844!) At that time, as foretold by Daniel the prophet, our high priest entered the most holy to perform the last division of his solemn work to cleanse the sanctuary...in the new covenant the sins of the repentant are by faith placed upon Christ, and transferred, in fact, to the heavenly sanctuary...so the actual cleansing of the heavenly (sanctuary) is to be accomplished by the removal, or blotting out, of the sins which are there recorded. But, before this can be accomplished there must be an examination of the books of record to determine who, through repentance of sin and faith in Christ, are entitled to the benefits of His atonement. The cleansing of the sanctuary therefore involves a work of investigation - a work of judgement. Those who followed in the light of the prophetic word saw that, instead of coming to the earth at the termination of the 2,3000 days in 1844, Christ then entered into the most holy place of the heavenly, to perform the closing work at atonement preparatory to his coming.” (The Great Controversy).

The above is blasphemous, and sheer nonsense! There is not one shred of evidence from Scripture that this is so, and it denies the entire finished work on the Cross, which the Bible declares. See only one example out of masses of them, Hebrews 10:10-14. Do you believe Ellen White or the Scriptures of God? If you say the latter, then why are you in the S.D.A. at all?

I read from William Irvine on the subject of all this “atonement” and “sanctuary” in White’s writings, to find out what it was all about, what had prompted such stuff. He writes:

“Here are the facts - William Miller prophesied that Christ would come (hence the name Adventist) in 1844, but He did not! So Mrs White steps in to save the situation. A mistake has been made - it was not to earth but to the “heavenly sanctuary” He came. Why? Her fertile imagination was equal to the question - to complete the work of atonement, and to carry on something she calls “investigative judgement” all preparatory to His coming to earth at some later time! She assumes therefore; (1) there is a sanctuary in heaven, though the Bible says nothing about it being in heaven; (11) there is sin IN HEAVEN, though the Bible says nothing about it; (111) that in some mysterious way not explainable the sanctuary has to be a kind of ‘mediator’ and bear the sins of the believer for at least a time; (1V)this sanctuary needs cleansing nevertheless; and (V) this cleansing and investigation BEGAN in 1844.”!!!!

What Ellen White writes is pitiful, shocking! But worse is to come with the damnable heresy of White when she declares that SATAN is the Sin-Bearer. Why are you in the S.D.A. Barry? You cannot be born-again, and I urge you to bow the knee to the Living Almighty God, and reject the S.D.A., and receive Christ Jesus as Saviour and Lord. I will tell you more about this at the end of the letter. Time is short, Jesus Christ is coming soon to take His Church to Himself. You will not be going, unless you put your trust in the finished work on the Cross alone. The Reformation declared - Christ Alone, Faith Alone, Grace Alone.

Meanwhile, back to Satan as the Sin-bearer, by Ellen White:

“It was seen that while the sin-offering pointed to Christ as sacrifice, and the high priest represented Christ as Mediator, the scapegoat typified SATAN, the author of sin, UPON WHOM The SINS OF THE TRULY PENITENT WILL FINALLY BE PLACED. When the high priest by virtue of the blood of the sin-offering removed the sins from the sanctuary, he placed them upon the scapegoat. When Christ, by virtue of His own blood, removes the sins of His people from the heavenly sanctuary at the close of His ministration, HE WILL PLACE THEM UPON SATAN, who in the execution of the judgement must bear the final penalty. The scapegoat was sent into a land not inhabited, never to come again into the Congregation of Israel. So will SATAN be for ever banished from the presence of God and His people and he will be blotted from existence in the final destruction of sin and the sinner.” (The Great Controversy). Dr D. Andersen-Berry said this about the above mish-mash: “We have the choicest doctrine of the Gospel, justification by faith, utterly contemned and set at naught. Nay, more, as if that were not enough to damn their doctrine, they dare to substitute for Christ’s finished work on the cross, SATAN’s vicarious suffering in bearing away the sins of the people of God into a land of utter annihilation. It does not lessen the blasphemous grossness of the idea to say that it is wholly imaginary, the figment of the addled brain of an hysterical woman. It merely explains it!”

Who will you trust, Barry, God or White? If you say God, then read what He says in the Bible, and throw away Ellen and the S.D.A. These Scriptures on Atonement: Heb.9:22; Lev.17:11; 1 Peter 1:19; 1 Peter 2:24; Col.1:20; Eph.2:13; John 3:18; Rom.3:24; 1 John 1:7.

There is so much I could write on other heresies of S.D.A., but I have the magazine to finish, and have spent a long time on this letter. Let’s get to the Sabbath. From Irvine’s book we read: “As the Seventh-Day Adventists materialised the sanctuary in the heaven, they were forced to materialise everything. So besides an actual sanctuary in heaven, they were forced to add within the ark the two tables of stone, and call upon all to put themselves under the law. Mrs White at first refused to believe that the Fourth Commandment was more important than any other. Elder Bates urged its great importance until Mrs White had a convenient vision, in which she asserted she was taken to heaven, and shown the sanctuary and its appointments! A description of her vision is given: Jesus raised the cover of the ark, and she beheld the tables of stone on which the ten commandments were written. She was amazed as she saw the Fourth Commandment in the very centre of the ten precepts, with a soft halo of light encircling it.”

In no way are the books you sent correct. I will attempt to explain here why these are false.

The S.D.A. basically says this: 1.That Christians should still be under the Law of Moses; 2.That they are bound to keep the “least of its precepts”, and because of this are bound to keep the Sabbath. 3.That the Protestants acknowledge that the Roman Catholic Church back in the year AD 364, at the Council of Laodicea, actually altered the Sabbath or Seventh Day to the Sunday, or the First Day.

NONE of the above are true, neither in looking at Scripture, or if we look at Church History. It is all sheer fabrication. What are you doing in the S.D.A. Barry? Time is short. Eternity awaits.

ARE THE ABOVE POINTS TRUE TO SCRIPTURE? NO!

The Sabbath was given to Israel as a sign between Jehovah and His chosen nation. The ten commandments contained the fourth commandment about the Sabbath, of course. Look carefully at Exodus 31: 12-18, and you will see the SIGN between Jehovah and ISRAEL. If we read the scriptures carefully we will see that the Ten Commandments are actually called “the ministration of death” and the “ministration of condemnation” “written and engraved in stone” (2 Cor.3:7,9). These “ministrations” the New Testament tells us are “done away” and “abolished” (verses 11,13) What have we in its place? We have in the Church Age “the ministration of the Spirit” and the “ministration of righteousness” (8,9).

Because Christians are not under Law but under Grace (see the whole book of Galatians) we are to “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again in the yoke of bondage.” (the Law).KJV

Therefore we can do nothing else but obey the Lord when He tells us, “Let no man therefore judge you...of the sabbath (“days” is in italics in the KJV).”

See also Rom.14:5-6. The Bible tells us that the ordinances of the Law were “blotted out” and “nailed” to Christ’s cross! Who do the S.D.As think they are to seek to overthrow the Scriptures on these matters! When bills were fully paid in the old days, they were nailed to the door. This means that Christ has paid every due to the Law for us, HE has met its every claim. (See Galatians 3:13).

Christians are free from the Law, and therefore from the Sabbath Commandment! “Ye are not under law but under grace” (Rom.6:14; Rom.7:4,6; Gal.5:18). Who do you believe Barry, God or the S.D.A.? There is a severe rebuke to those who would seek to be legalizers, trying to bring others under bondage. See it in Acts 15. “Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear.” (V 10).

IF the S.D.A. is going to live under the “ministration of death” or the Law, then they had better realise that they have condemned themselves! For the Bible tells us that if we break the least of the commandments we are guilty of breaking the whole Law. The whole Law of Moses is a lot more than the Ten Commandments, there were 613 Old Testament Commandments, and under rabbinical tradition all were given to Moses at Mt.Sinai, Mandatory Laws (248) and Prohibition laws (365). I can send you a list of these if you want them? Do you keep them all Barry, if not, according to the S.D.A. you are condemned!!! Just consider this one law alone, are you circumcised? And consider this, if we are supposed to keep the Sabbath, why did the great Council of Jerusalem (Acts 15) say that Gentile Christians were free from the law, and why did they not insist on the Sabbath Day keeping right there and then? There is not a single passage in the New Testament that tells the Church Age believer to keep the Sabbath, not one!

I have included some material for you on the Law, Seventh and First Days, the Lord’s Day, which you will find helpful. Why do Protestants keep Sunday? Because we are born-again and obedient to God Word’s, that’s why.

You cannot be saved by trusting in Christ Jesus’ Sacrifice AND keeping the Law. This is to deny the efficacy of the shed Blood, and to declare before a Mighty God that you are not under Grace at all, that you can keep the Law (which you cannot, you are a sinner), and that you WILL stand before Him by works (Eph. 2:6-9). You WILL “boast”, instead of acting as though Romans 3:10-12 is perfectly true, and coming to God for mercy and forgiveness in Christ alone.(Rom.1:16-17; Rom. 5:8; Rom. 3:28; 1 John 1:9).

It is not too late for you, come to Christ Jesus and accept His full provision for your Salvation - 1 John 5:10-11; John 3:16.
