Registration of World Citizens
by W. B. Howard...Editor of Despatch

The World Order is gathering names right now for WORLD CITIZENSHIP -those registering will be given a number! We warned about this in 1991. Warning - those who register will be signing a legally binding document under International Law,
to break the agreement would bring heavy penalty.

NOTE: children can sign up without parents agreement.
By signing you are in agreement with all the Initiatives of the coming world government.

See our home page for more details in booklet “World in Crisis”.

Please Read Rev. 13:16-18.

Subject: Registration of World Citizens
Date: Sunday, April 20, 1997 4:09 PM

World Integration and Improvement Initiative (WIII) is happy to launch registration of world citizens from 22nd April 1997, the earth day. You are welcome not only to become members yourselves, but also to undertake this campaign in your neighbourhoods, and explain the concept of world citizenship to people, who could then become world citizens. The campaign has been planned in such a way that it requires minimum resources and can be carried out from several centres simultaneously. The literature consists of a single sheet of paper which explains the concept to prospective world citizens. It also contains two identity card size forms. A person wishing to register as world citizen fills up these two forms, and hands it over to a WIII registrar. The registrar assigns him a citizen number, keeps one copy for the record of WIII, and returns one copy to the world citizen. This completes the registration process. Further activities of world citizens depend on them. People can also become WIII registrars and provide registration service in their neighbourhood. The contents of the broucher(except for the forms to be filled) is given below. * NWO...Document...* Be a World Citizen. Who is a world citizen? Any human being, who believes that all human beings are equal. Equality of human beings with respect to sex, race, colour, caste, religion and language are well appreciated. What is not so well appreciated is that the world belongs to all of us equally. We can not claim a part of it exclusively for ourselves. That, the boundaries of countries are artificial. A world citizen believes that he belongs to the whole world, and the whole world belongs to him, as it does to other human beings. This belief is not for gaining an advantage for himself or for the social groups to which he belongs. It arises from an urge to be just and fair to all human beings.

What is the meaning of "the world belongs to all of us equally"? Many of us consider it wrong to believe that Maharashtra belongs only to Maharashtrians, and not to others. We would say that India belongs to all Indians, and they are free to go anywhere, live anywhere, work anywhere. But, unfortunately we stop there and don+t say that the world belongs to all of us. To say that India belongs only to Indians is as wrong as to say that Maharashtra belongs only to Maharashtrians. The world belongs to all of us equally and must be unified to achieve it. But why should the world be unified? There are a number of reasons for that. A large number of the world+s problems will be solved, if the world is unified. There will be no wars, and no expenditure in Imagestaining war machinery, which is wrongly called defence machinery. This by itself is good enough reason. Internal strife, terrorism, and environment are some others. But the most important reason is moral. I belong to the world, and I share it with all my fellow human beings equally. This is my inalienable fundamental right. No one can deny me this right. Is it feasible to administer the unified world? Yes! World unification does not mean that the world will be governed from some unknown central place. Smaller units, e.g. countries, states, and local governments will continue to be there. But the powers of the countries will be limited, where their actions affect others. How can I become a world citizen? You already are. If you believe in human equality, you are a world citizen. You don't need any one to certify that you are a world citizen. However, it will be nice, if you register yourself with the Register of World Citizens, which is Imagestained by World Integration and Improvement Initiative. This will help in bringing like minded people together and strengthen the movement. What is World Integration and Improvement Initiative and how do I register with it? World Integration and Improvement Initiative (WIII) is a voluntary organisation which, in addition to other activities, Imagestains a Register of World Citizens. In order to register with WIII, you fill up in duplicate, the form given over-leaf, and get your WIII citizen number from any WIII registrar, or directly from WIII. In case of postal communication, please enclose a self addressed stamped envelope. Who has authorised WIII to register world citizens? No one. WIII does not claim exclusive right to register world citizens. You can also register with any other organisation, which registers world citizens, e.g. World Service Authority in USA. Why should the pledge be what it is? The first part of the pledge, all human beings are equal, is the fundamental belief of a world citizen. The second part, all human beings share the whole world equally, is added to keep regional equality in focus. However, if you agree with the spirit, but not with the wording, feel free to change it. What are the registration charges? None. There are no charges either at the time of registration, or later.

Can a child become a world citizen? Yes! If you realise that your world is being restricted by countries, you are old enough to declare yourself a world citizen. If you are too small to realise this, you are a world citizen in the truest sense. You may like to consult your parents, or others, before you register. But the decision is essentially yours. WIII does not require your parent's concurrence. What happens to my national citizenship? Nothing. You reImages a citizen of your country. Your declaration of world citizenship is only an expression of your dream of being a citizen of the unified world one day. What do I do as a world citizen? World citizens are people who care. Many of them may not be satisfied by merely declaring themselves as world citizens. They would like to act. There is a lot to be done in this world. What you do depends on your inspiration and concern. Since world citizens are bound to think and act differently, WIII does not propose an action plan to be pursued by all. You are free to do what you like. You are also free not to do anything, if you prefer it that way. However, world citizens should have an opportunity to meet like minded people, and forge a purposeful unity. It is, therefore, suggested that world citizens in a locality should meet regularly. These meetings can be used for various purposes,

e.g. ...getting to know one another ...creating awareness about the problems facing the world - local or global ...involving the common citizen, who is concerned, but feels helpless ...finding solutions and implementing them, making the best use of available means ...inviting and listening to people who are already working in areas of our concern ...creating voluntary groups and organisations, or joining existing organisations ...explaining the idea of world citizenship to others You may also reach out to people, and help them become world citizens.

You can also become a WIII registrar, if you like.

How will it help?
